Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities at project sites, ensuring that interior design and build work is executed according to plans, quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams; monitoring progress; managing site resources; and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves conducting regular site inspections, maintaining documentation and reports, and ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent presence at project locations and close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision for interior design, construction, or fit-out projects, with robust understanding of project execution workflows.
- Knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and basic architectural/engineering drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to monitor timelines, quality, and safety standards, and to maintain accurate site reports and documentation.
- Proficiency with basic project management tools and familiarity with 3D visualization or design software is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions on-site within defined guidelines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience managing luxury residential or corporate interior projects in an on-site supervisory capacity is highly beneficial.
