Role Description The Site Engineer role at Herambh Projects is a full time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Site

Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, monitor work progress, and ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, checking material quality, and implementing quality control procedures. The role involves reviewing structural drawings, resolving on-site technical issues, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively on site and manage day-to-day construction activities (On Site).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders (Communication).
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in civil construction (Quality Control).
- Understanding of structural engineering concepts and ability to interpret drawings and specifications (Structural Engineering).
- Background in civil engineering and familiarity with residential and infrastructure projects (Civil Engineers).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in using construction management tools and basic computer applications.
