Role - ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB solutions.
- Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance through best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, cloud, and third-party tools.
- Develop and maintain automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.




- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ITOM components.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in:
- ServiceNow Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB Management
- MID Server Administration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
