Role - ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Experience required - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite.
- Configure and customize:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning
- Agile Development 2.0
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure project, demand, portfolio, resource, and financial management processes.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMOs, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Support platform upgrades, testing,



defect fixes, and release deployments.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
