Role - ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Experience Required - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications.
- Implement and customize HRSD modules, including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- HR Knowledge Management
- Lifecycle Events
- Document Management
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
- Create and customize forms, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Configure and enhance Employee Center/Employee Service Portal.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other third-party applications.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.




- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust experience in:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center / Employee Service Portal
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform security, ACLs, and role-based access controls.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and platform architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
