LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our HR technology ecosystem. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will drive system enhancements, streamline HR processes, and support the ongoing development and maintenance of our Workday platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across HR, IT, and business operations, leveraging deep Workday HCM knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions that enable effective workforce management and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing system support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday configurations and solutions
- Design, implement, and test system enhancements, interfaces, and integrations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
- Lead data management activities including audits, data loads, and reporting to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides related to Workday processes
- Stay current on Workday releases and best practices, identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization and automation
- Collaborate on HR projects, system upgrades, and process improvements, delivering solutions on-time and within scope
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM analyst or similar HRIS role
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM core modules (such as Core HCM, Compensation, Advantages, Talent Management)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation within Workday
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
