Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of vacuum systems, low-pressure air blowers, and associated equipment at client facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing field service visits, providing technical support, and ensuring equipment performance and uptime. The role also involves documenting service activities, coordinating with internal teams and customers,



and adhering to safety and quality standards.

The Service

Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues, suggesting technical enhancements, and supporting customer training when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess technical support capabilities, including resolving equipment issues and guiding users on proper operation.
- Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills for vacuum systems, air blowers, and related industrial equipment.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Atlas Copco equipment or industrial utility systems is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety procedures is required.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments as needed.
