Your Next Opportunity:

- Lead end-to-end UX design for key areas of RISE, from early discovery and concepts through detailed design, validation, and launch.
- Create intuitive experiences for AI-powered workflows, automation, recommendations, and other emerging RISE capabilities.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate customer needs, business requirements, and technical considerations into meaningful design solutions.
- Facilitate design conversations and help teams navigate trade-offs between user experience,



technical feasibility, timelines, and product priorities.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to better understand real estate professionals and validate design decisions.
- Turn insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Use Figma to create and communicate concepts quickly, test ideas, and move designs from early exploration through development-ready specifications.
- Contribute to and help evolve the MoxiWorks design system to create consistent experiences across RISE and our broader product ecosystem.
- Partner with Engineering throughout development to ensure the final experience reflects design intent.
- Mentor other designers through thoughtful feedback, design critiques, and collaborative problem-solving while remaining open to feedback on your own work.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-moving Agile product setting.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across India, North America, and Australia.
- Stay current on UX practices and emerging approaches to designing AI-enabled products and experiences.

What Qualifies You

- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, ideally designing complex SaaS, B2B, or technology products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile applications, including the thinking and decisions behind your work.
- Proven experience taking design initiatives from discovery and concept through delivery.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting or participating in user research, interviews, and usability testing.




- Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering directly with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Ability to advocate for users while understanding business priorities and technical constraints.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a scalable design system.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and products continue to evolve.

Even Better If You Have

- Experience designing AI-powered products, conversational experiences, intelligent recommendations, agents, or workflow automation.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, CRM, PropTech, MarTech, or productivity platforms.
- Experience designing products with complex data, integrations, or multi-step workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed Product and Engineering teams.
