Senior ServiceNow Developer

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise service management solutions within our IT Services division. This pivotal role involves architecting robust configurations and custom applications that drive operational efficiency and enhance user experiences across critical service domains. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise to implement scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices while utilizing advanced frameworks and AI-driven capabilities to modernize service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, configurations, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs.

- Create and maintain complex business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI actions to extend platform functionality.

- Build and customize the Service Catalog and Knowledge Management modules to streamline service requests and information dissemination.

- Develop and deploy custom scoped applications utilizing the Now Experience Framework to ensure modular and secure code architecture.

- Implement and optimize AI Search features to improve data retrieval and user interaction within the platform.





- Manage the full lifecycle of ITSM and HRSD implementations, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of qualified experience in IT Services, with a significant portion dedicated to ServiceNow development.

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Development, specifically within ITSM and HRSD domains.

- Deep technical proficiency in Knowledge Management, Service Catalog configuration, and workflow automation.

- Strong command of scripting languages and components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.

- Demonstrated experience in building Custom Scoped Applications and utilizing the Now Experience Framework.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI Search integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Ability to navigate and contribute to the Now Experience community and stay current with platform updates.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
