**Job Title: Store Incharge**

**Job Description:**

D M Sweets Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced **Store Incharge** to efficiently manage the **Raw Material Store, Packaging Material Store, and Finished Goods Store**. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material movement, stock accuracy, and coordination with Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of **raw materials and packaging materials**.

* Manage the **Finished Goods Store**, including receiving finished products from Production and maintaining accurate stock records.

* Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

* Monitor daily stock levels and raise requirements for timely replenishment.

* Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

* Ensure proper **storage, labeling, stacking, and handling** of all materials.

* Maintain stock registers and conduct **regular/monthly physical stock verification**.

* Reconcile physical stock with system/book stock and report any discrepancies.

* Coordinate with **Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams** for smooth material movement.

* Track material consumption and minimize **wastage, shortages, damages,



and stock discrepancies**.

* Follow **FIFO/FEFO** practices wherever applicable, especially for food-related raw materials and finished goods.

* Ensure finished goods are properly stored and issued/dispatch as per production and sales requirements.

* Maintain proper records of **material receipts, issues, transfers, and finished goods dispatches**.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly **stock and inventory reports** for management.

* Ensure the store is clean, organized, hygienic, and compliant with company safety standards.

**Requirements:**

* **1–5 years of experience** as a Store Incharge / Store Executive, preferably in a **food, sweets, FMCG, manufacturing, or retail company**.

* Experience handling **raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods**.

* Good knowledge of **inventory management, stock reconciliation, and stock control**.

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel and inventory/ERP software**.

* Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and material handling practices.

* Solid coordination and record-keeping skills.

* Ability to conduct physical stock verification and identify discrepancies.

* Good team-handling and communication skills.

* Ability to manage inventory accurately and responsibly.
