Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: Mani Casadona Newtown Kolkata

Salary - Up to 50K Per Month - Depends on Experience

Interview Mode : F2F

Min 6 months Experience required

Need Solid English Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Having good knowledge about BPO Industry.

Handling basic Customer queries related to Air Line.

Respond to customer questions and issues through calls.

Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills

Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance to the Foreign Customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Client is preferring someone who is from Air Line Process Background.

Knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

1 Day Rotational week off
