Experience: Minimum 6 months

Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience hiring for manufacturing industry profiles such as:
- Supervisors
- Technicians
- Operators and other shop-floor/manufacturing roles
- Solid knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment activities.
- Two-wheeler/Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory.
- Tamil and Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel locally for candidate sourcing and recruitment drives.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals,



job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Handle bulk hiring for manufacturing positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients/hiring teams to close open positions within timelines.
- Conduct local recruitment drives and support joining formalities.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with strong field recruitment experience in Hosur/manufacturing hiring, good local connectivity, and the ability to mobilize candidates quickly.
