Position: Health Insurance Advisor

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹55,000 ?

? Job Responsibilities

- Call potential customers and explain suitable health insurance plans.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate policies.

- Convince and guide customers to purchase health insurance.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain skilled communication with customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

- Provide proper assistance to customers throughout the sales process.

? Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.





- Basic knowledge of English and/or Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates with telecalling, sales, insurance, or customer service experience are preferred.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

? Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month

Incentives: Up to ₹55,000 based on performance.
