Job Location: Medha Resort, Raghunathganj, Murshidabad

Position: Female Steward

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome guests politely and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
- Ensure guests receive timely and attentive service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Support special events, group bookings, and busy service periods when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates preferred for this position.




- Previous experience as a steward, waitress, restaurant service staff, or hospitality staff is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Polite, presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Positive communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and comfortable working as part of a team.
