Job DescriptionWe are looking for a polite, confident, and proactive Female Telecaller / Student Counsellor to manage telecalling activities for our academies.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, understanding their requirements, counselling them about courses, following up on leads, and converting interested leads into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls related to academy courses and admissions.
- Contact prospective students and consult/counsel them regarding available courses.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead records.
- Convert proactive and interested leads into confirmed student admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, batches, and other relevant information to students.
- Handle student queries professionally and politely.
- Manage and coordinate the telecalling activities for all academies.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Identify responsible/prospective leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academy team for admission-related requirements.
- Achieve monthly calling and admission conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective students.
