Job Description:

We are hiring a energetic and result-oriented Personal Loan Executive to manage telecalling activities, customer coordination, and document verification for personal loan cases. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calling potential customers from the data provided by Managers.
- Explaining personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Generating leads and converting them into successful loan cases.
- Assisting customers in completing the loan application process.
- Collecting and verifying required documents.
- Coordinating with banks/NBFC partners for loan processing.
- Maintaining regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Updating customer details and status in the system.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking/loan products (training will be provided).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Email).
- Target-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
