Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, architects, and consultants.

* Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Check measurements, material requirements, and site progress.

* Prepare and maintain daily site reports and work progress updates.

* Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

* Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.

* Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality requirements.

Requirements:

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* 3–8 years of relevant experience in building construction.

* Valuable knowledge of RCC, structural and finishing works.

* Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.

* Good coordination and site management skills.

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.

* Candidates with residential/redevelopment project experience will be preferred.
