Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Architect HOD – Working & Execution to lead architectural working drawings, project execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing projects from design development through execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the architectural working and execution team.
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings and site execution are aligned with approved designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Review project progress, quality, timelines, and workmanship.




- Coordinate with clients and consultants for design clarifications and approvals.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Guide junior architects and team members and maintain technical standards.
- Identify and resolve design, drawing, and execution challenges effectively.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
- Excellent understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit and other design software is preferred.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
