We are looking for a skilled Zoho Expert / Zoho Developer to manage, customize, and automate our business processes using the Zoho ecosystem. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and manage Zoho CRM based on business requirements.
- Develop workflows, automation rules, custom modules, and functions.
- Build solutions using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
- Automate repetitive processes using Zoho Flow and other Zoho tools.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Work with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications as required.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide internal Zoho support.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
