We are looking for an experienced Grill & Kebab Chef to join our kitchen team. You should be confident working with charcoal grills and Middle Eastern kebabs, and be able to deliver great flavour, texture, and presentation during busy service.

What You'll Work On

Chicken and mutton kebabs

Persian and Middle Eastern-style grilled meats

Kubideh, Joojeh Kebab, and Shish Tawook

Chicken Tikka and other grilled preparations

Skewering, portioning, and marination

High-temperature charcoal grilling

Consistent cooking and presentation

What We're Looking For

2+ years of relevant grill or kebab experience (preferred)

Strong understanding of charcoal grilling, heat management, and cooking times

Experience with skewered meats and Middle Eastern or Persian kebabs

Ability to stay consistent during high-volume service

Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Good speed, discipline, and teamwork

Ability to keep the grill station clean and organised
