Job Location: Bangalore – Multiple Locations

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping and security staff at assigned sites.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and staff performance.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange replacements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Handle client/resident complaints and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Property Managers and operations teams.
- Conduct staff training and daily work briefings.
- Prepare attendance and site inspection reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and company SOP compliance.





Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in Facility Management / Operations / Housekeeping / Security.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
