Position: Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Dispatch / Warehouse

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage daily dispatch operations.

* Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods as per orders.

* Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and transport teams.

* Check products, quantities, batch numbers, and packing before dispatch.

* Prepare and verify invoices, packing slips, transport documents, and other dispatch-related paperwork.

* Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.

* Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery.

* Monitor stock movement and report any shortage, mismatch, or damage.

* Ensure proper packing and handling of pharmaceutical products.





* Handle day-to-day dispatch issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution.

Basic Computer Skills Required:

* Basic knowledge

* Ability to enter and maintain dispatch data in computer systems.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp for official communication.

* Knowledge of billing/ERP software will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

* Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

* Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

* Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare distribution will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and capability.
