Hiring: Operations Manager | Leading Restaurant | Bangalore
*Qualification:Graduation
*Experience:5+ Years in Restaurant / Hospitality Operations
*Salary: Up to 50K Gross PM
*Location:Bangalore
Job Description:
- Oversee overall restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination & guest experience
- Manage and lead FOH & BOH teams, duty rosters, and staff training
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance as per FSSAI standards
- Handle inventory, vendor management, cost control & wastage reduction
- Monitor sales, achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain daily reports, audits & coordinate with management
