Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end management of solar PV projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and site execution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site construction teams to optimize project efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, local authorities, and internal leadership.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, electrical standards (e.g., NEC), and site safety regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project roadblocks, track key milestones, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in managing solar PV power plant installations and commissioning.
