Job Role

1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, service area, and back-of-house areas.
2. Wash, clean, and sanitize plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and other equipment.
3. Ensure all cleaned utensils and crockery are properly dried, stored, and readily available for service.
4. Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized at all times.
5. Support the kitchen team in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness as per restaurant standards and food safety guidelines.
6. Clean kitchen floors, work areas, sinks, counters, and other designated areas regularly.
7. Ensure the service area, tables, counters, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable.
8. Dispose of garbage and waste appropriately and maintain proper segregation wherever applicable.

Refill and maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials, detergents, and other hygiene supplies.
10. Assist the restaurant team with basic cleaning and housekeeping activities during pre-opening, operations, and closing.
11. Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
12. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
13. Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
14. Maintain a clean, protected, and hygienic environment for guests and employees.
