Dental Assistant

Job Summary : We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and skilled Dental Assistant to support our dentist during patient care and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dental clinic.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care and hygiene.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during dental examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms.
- Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols.
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and provide basic post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Assist with dental X-rays and other diagnostic procedures, as permitted by local regulations.
- Maintain and organize dental instruments, materials, and supplies.
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient coordination when required.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with patients.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped.




- Monitor inventory and inform the clinic manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies.
- RequirementsDiploma/Certificate in Dental Assisting or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is an advantage.
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and appointments.
