Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and organized Training Manager to manage training programs, coordinate with trainers and students, and ensure smooth execution of academy training activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and management skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate training programs, batches, classes, and schedules.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class timings, course content, and training requirements.
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure timely completion of courses.
- Manage student communication, feedback, attendance, and training-related queries.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day training operations.
- Maintain training records, reports, schedules, and student performance data.
- Organize assessments, tests,



workshops, and other training activities.
- Identify training-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure a positive and disciplined learning setting for students.
- Support the management team in improving training processes and student engagement.
- Required Skills1–2 years of experience in training, education, academy, or coordination roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coordination and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Candidates from an EdTech, training institute, or education background will be preferred.
