**Job Title: Supervisor / Incharge – Bike Rental**

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a responsible and energetic **Supervisor / Incharge** to manage day-to-day bike rental operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, managing bikes, coordinating rentals and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage daily bike rental operations and bookings.

* Handle customer inquiries, bookings, payments and complaints.

* Maintain proper records of bikes, rentals and customer details.

* Coordinate bike pickup and drop-off.

* Monitor bike availability, condition and maintenance.

* Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow.





* Handle basic cash/payment reconciliation.

* Ensure bikes are handed over and received as per company policies.

* Resolve operational issues and provide valuable customer service.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, rental, operations or customer-handling role.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and computer applications.

* Responsible, punctual and able to manage operations independently.

* Two-wheeler knowledge will be an added advantage.
