? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers.

• Communicate with customers professionally in English.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Handle customer objections and queries confidently.





• Maintain proper call records and customer information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

• Follow company process and quality guidelines.

✅ REQUIREMENTS• Valuable English communication skills.

• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Comfortable working in a night shift.

• Target-oriented and positive attitude.

• Freshers with good communication can apply.

• International BPO experience will be an advantage.
