Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and energetic Chinese Chef to take full charge of our wok station and prepare delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine. If you are rapid, skilled with a wok, and love cooking high-quality food, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume wok cooking, stir-frying, and deep-frying.
- Prepare standard Chinese dishes: noodles, fried rice, soups, and appetizers.
- Maintain clean wok stations and strictly follow food hygiene rules.
- Manage kitchen prep work (Mise en Place) before the rush hours.
- Ensure consistent food taste, portion sizes, and excellent presentation
