ROLE

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling potential customers, explaining services/packages, following up with prospects and converting leads into successful sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/vendors.
- Explain services, packages and offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Convert interested prospects into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle objections and queries professionally.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
- Update leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the team for successful onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication with every prospect.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Comfortable making multiple calls every day.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM and computer applications.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.

ELIGIBILITY

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, B2B Sales, Customer Support or Business Development will be preferred.
