We build residential apartments in Jigani, Bangalore, and hire for our ongoing and upcoming projects. We are hiring a reliable, hands-on Plumber for the site. Reporting to our Site Supervisor (Electrical, Plumbing, Finishes), you will install concealed and exposed water supply and drainage piping, fit sanitary fixtures and CP fittings, and perform pressure testing and system commissioning; the civil supervisor checks the work before it is covered. Candidates with experience in bathroom/balcony waterproofing will be given preference. Engineering design (pipe sizes, routing decisions, fixture selection) will be provided; your focus will be accurate execution, neat workmanship, and on-time completion. Minimum 3 years of on-site plumbing installation in residential projects, including piping, fixture installation, and pressure testing.

What you will do:

Install concealed and exposed water supply lines using CPVC/UPVC/PPR/GI as per layout and instructions.

Measure, cut, deburr, thread, and join pipes; perform solvent welding (CPVC/UPVC), fusion welding (PPR), and GI threading with proper sealants/PTFE tape.

Install SWR/PVC drainage and vent lines with correct slopes, alignment, and support spacing; fit floor traps, nahani traps, and cleanouts.

Set out and fix sanitary fixtures and CP fittings: WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, showers, mixers/diverters, angle valves, health faucets, geyser connections, bottle traps, and accessories.

Perform pressure testing of water lines using a hand pump and calibrated gauge; record test results, identify leaks, and carry out rectification.





Flush and disinfect potable water lines before handover; ensure cleanliness and proper operation of all fixtures.

Execute basic waterproofing for bathrooms, balconies, and wet areas: surface preparation, crack filling, corner coves, priming, application of brush/roller/sheet membranes, detailing around pipe penetrations, and pond/24-hour water testing.

Assist with installation of overhead/underground tanks, float valves/ball valves, NRVs/PRVs/strainers, and adaptable connections; support pump room installation as directed.

Coordinate sleeves, cores, and cutouts with civil/structural teams; mark routes accurately and avoid clashes with electrical/HVAC services.

Provide neat finish work: accurate levels and plumb, proper clamp spacing, silicone sealing, and clean alignment of fixtures and plates.

Maintain tools and equipment; ensure PPE usage and adherence to site safety procedures (ladders/scaffolds, working at heights, confined space precautions for tanks).

Track material consumption, minimize wastage, and report shortages/damages promptly.

Keep daily progress updates; assist in snag rectification and final punch-list closure.

Guide helpers/junior technicians to maintain productivity and quality.

Complete and pressure-test all concealed lines, and hand over the test record, before tiling starts in that room

Photograph each run of concealed pipes before it is covered, and record test results the same day; the supervisor enters them in our site app

Work: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Experience: 3+ years on residential buildings.
