SERVICE CENTRE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle customer service complaints – in-house & field

• Assist in managing service technicians

• Allocate and track service jobs

• Maintain & update spare-parts inventory

• Maintain service records & reports in Excel

• Prepare spare-parts requisition lists

• Monitor service status and follow up with technicians

• Coordinate with purchase/stores

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

✅ Experience in service operations preferred

✅ Knowledge of spare-parts inventory

✅ Valuable planning & organisational skills

✅ Strong follow-up & coordination

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Willing to work hard and take responsibility
