Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely repayment of loans while maintaining professional customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and field visits for overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding EMIs and payment commitments.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Visit customer residences, offices, or other relevant locations as required.
- Understand reasons for payment delays and negotiate suitable repayment solutions within company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, promises-to-pay, and collections.




- Coordinate with the operations, credit, legal, and recovery teams.
- Ensure timely deposit/update of collected payments as per company procedures.
- Follow company policies, customer-service standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Identify difficult or high-risk accounts and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain professional conduct during all customer interactions.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, field sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Freshers with positive communication and field-sales aptitude may be considered.
- Must be willing to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving lice
