- Account Acquisition: Source and open current Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) through direct field sales, local networking, and cold calling.
- Catchment Mapping: Map assigned local areas or corporate parks to generate high-potential customer leads.
- KYC Compliance: Collect and verify documentation while adhering to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and banking regulations.
- Cross-Selling: Promote bundled services including debit cards, mobile/net banking, fixed/recurring deposits (FD/RD), insurance, and loans.
- Relationship Management: Maintain post-onboarding contact to drive account activation, subsequent funding, and customer retention.
