Job PurposeTo recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents and drive business growth through the Agency Channel.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents as per company requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving business targets.
- Train and guide advisors on life insurance products, sales processes, and company policies.
- Generate new business through the advisor network and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews with advisors.
- Motivate advisors to increase productivity and improve customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Track advisor performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Maintain good customer and advisor relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Life Insurance,



General Insurance, BFSI, Agency, Sales, or related fields preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales and recruitment experience can also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
- Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage insurance advisors.
- Local market knowledge and a strong network will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
