- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve assigned KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies,

- RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support is preferred.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with international customers and different accents.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the assigned Bangalore location.
