About MasterPhoneMasterPhone is a premium smartphone retailer specialising in iPhones, Samsung flagship devices, Google Pixel phones, laptops and other premium electronics. Our Mumbai branch also functions as a central inventory and dispatch hub supporting our other branches.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Store & Operations Executive who will handle day-to-day inventory operations, internal branch shipments and in-store customer inquiries.

This role requires someone who is organised, responsible, comfortable with technology and extremely careful while handling high-value electronics.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and regularly update inventory records for incoming and outgoing products.
- Verify products received and ensure inventory entries are accurate.
- Pack smartphones, laptops and other electronics safely for dispatch.
- Prepare and coordinate internal shipments to MasterPhone branches in other cities.
- Maintain proper records of products dispatched and received.
- Ensure device model, colour, storage, serial/IMEI and quantity are correctly verified before dispatch.
- Assist with periodic physical stock verification and immediately report discrepancies.
- Attend to customers visiting the Mumbai store.




- Understand customer requirements and explain product specifications, pricing, warranty and availability clearly.
- Show products to customers and assist them through the purchase process.
- Coordinate with other MasterPhone branches regarding inventory requirements and shipments.
- Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure products are stored and handled carefully.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, Excel/Google Sheets and basic inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail — particularly while handling inventory and IMEI/serial numbers.
- Responsible and trustworthy when handling high-value products.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Previous experience in mobile/electronics retail, inventory management, logistics or store operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and consumer electronics is an advantage.

Accuracy and reliability are particularly important because the Mumbai branch handles inventory and dispatches for multiple MasterPhone locations.
