Brief Job Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for solar projects from inquiry to project handover. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution. Schedule site visits, customer meetings, and project review meetings. Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Core Competencies / Special Skills Required: Knowledge of solar PV systems and the solar project sales process. Proficient in computer operations, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and email communication. Robust coordination, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
