Position: Telecaller / Loan Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Telecaller / Loan Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their financial requirements, generating loan leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers through phone calls and explain suitable loan products.
- Generate and follow up on leads for CREDIT CARD, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Housing Loan.
- Understand customer requirements and eligibility.
- Collect required customer information and documents.
- Coordinate with the internal team and banking/NBFC partners for loan processing.




- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the application reaches the appropriate stage.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales/lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate daily calling and lead records.

Skills Required:

- Basic English communication.
- Good Marathi/Hindi communication preferred.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, banking or financial services will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum education 10th pass or below 10th, age 18–60 years, and both genders are eligible.
