Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for explaining our residential and commercial pest control services, converting inquiries into sales leads, and scheduling technician visits. Key Responsibilities

· Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Call prospective customers using a provided database to introduce pest control packages (e.g., termites, rodents, general pest management). [1, 2]

· Inbound Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls and digital leads from customers experiencing pest infestations, understand their issues, and pitch the right solutions. [1, 2]

· Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with customers and field operations teams to book, reschedule, or confirm inspections and service treatments. [1, 2]

· Payment & Renewal Follow-ups: Follow up with existing clients for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and assist in outstanding payment tracking
