Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer invoices, quotations, delivery challans and other sales documents.
- Handle billing for retail, wholesale and counter sales accurately.
- Receive and record cash, UPI, card and other customer payments.
- Verify product codes, quantities, prices, discounts, GST and customer details before billing.
- Coordinate with the sales and stores teams for stock availability and dispatch.
- Maintain daily billing and payment records.
- Handle returns, cancellations and credit/debit notes as instructed.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.
- Assist the accounts team with reconciliation and daily sales reports.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at the billing counter.
- Ensure the billing counter and related documents are properly maintained.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts/retail operations preferred.
- Knowledge of GST invoicing and basic accounting.




- Experience with Tally/ERP/POS software preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced retail environment.
