HR ManagerRole OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling people, maintaining HR processes, and supporting management in day-to-day HR decisions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining, documentation, attendance, leave, performance, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential documents.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees, trainers, interns, and management for HR-related requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, work schedules, and compliance with company policies.
- Support performance reviews, employee engagement activities,



and grievance handling.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related information, and monthly HR reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal notices as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional workplace environment while ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Required Skills1–2 years of experience in HR or HR operations.
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR/employee management tools.
