- Job Responsibilities:Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Take and verify site measurements as per drawings and actual work executed.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.
- Check contractor bills against work completed and approved measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and project teams for billing-related requirements.
- Track work quantities, material consumption, and project costs.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies in bills and resolve them in coordination with the site team.
- Assist in project cost estimation, reconciliation, and final billing.




- Ensure timely submission and processing of all bills and payment documentation.
- Requirements:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in civil billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and quantity calculations.
- Valuable understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other building construction works.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software.
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
- Candidates with residential/redevelopment project experience will be preferred.
