Inbound Process Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Process Associates for the Airtel Black customer service process. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding their concerns, and providing effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requirements.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality.

Maintain a positive and professional approach during customer interactions.

Update customer information and call details in the system.

Follow defined processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.

Meet assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

? Qualification: Any Graduation is mandatory.

? Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

?️ Language: Excellent communication skills in:

English + Hindi, OR





English + Tamil

? Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on customer service systems.

? Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

? Customer-service oriented with a qualified attitude.

Salary

? Take-home Salary: ₹17,000 per month

Work Schedule

? Shift: Rotational shifts

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

? Week Off: 2 rotational week offs
