Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, addressing inquiries, generating leads, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and lead sources.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and direct qualified prospects to the relevant sales team.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, meetings, or site visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and call outcomes in CRM/Excel.




- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejections positively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
