? About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated Loan Officers to join our Bharat Super Shop (BSS) team. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, loan servicing, relationship management, and collection activities for small retailers and business outlets.
This is an outbound/field-based role requiring strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- ? Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market surveys to identify potential customers interested in loans.
- Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote Overdraft and Retail Loan Products and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.
- Provide effective customer service and loan servicing support.
- Carry out collection activities and ensure timely repayments.
- Improve portfolio quality and minimize customer delinquency through effective collection practices.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Travel extensively within the assigned market/territory.
- ? Skills & Qualifications10th / PUC / Matriculation – Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Valuable sales and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and ambition.
- Ability to work and grow in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local/vernacular language – Reading, Writing & Speaking.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- ? Mandatory RequirementOwn insured two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
