- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable clothing and essentials based on customer needs.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage billing and sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team when required.
- Support stock counting, replenishment and product arrangement.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Encourage repeat purchases and build strong customer relationships.
- Keep updated about new products, promotions and seasonal collections.
- Support store promotions and other sales activities.
- Work closely with the team to achieve overall store targets.

Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in retail sales,



customer service or a related field.
- Freshers with valuable communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in fashion, garments or retail is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Presentable, energetic and customer-friendly personality.

* Incentive based on the sales target

Pay: 25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on Experience, Skills and Performance)
