Responsibilities:
- Manage product listing on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Write and update product titles, descriptions, prices, and keywords
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Process daily orders, download shipping labels and invoices
- Coordinate courier pickups and track shipments
- Manage return and refund requests
- Prepare daily reports for sales, inventory, and order status
- Conduct competitor research and price comparison
- Perform basic data entry and backend tasks
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho seller panels
- Product listing and catalog management skills
- Order and inventory handling
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility
