Role Description The Senior Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, executing channel sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations such as order processing, follow-ups, and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with experience managing distributors and retail networks.
- Proven ability in Customer Service, maintaining client relationships, and resolving issues effectively.
- Skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in FMCG or food products sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools for reporting and sales tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
